October 7, 2011: PCF 50th Anniversary
The Pontificio Collegio Filippino is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year 2011. The inauguration took place on October 7, 1961, when Pope John XXIII came over to bless the new institution.
This celebration is both for the present resident priests, and for the Alumni Priests and Bishops.
For the Alumni, your stay from October 4-9 will be shouldered by the PCF (though any donation would of course be most welcome). Kindly see below the tentative schedule of activities, and let us know if you could make it. We will be sending more details in due time.
Meanwhile, please pray for this most memorable event in our history. The Lord will surely shower us with graces, as we continue to serve the Church in our priesthood.
